Our number one priority is your complete shopping satisfaction. If you're not satisfied let us know and we will do our best to meet your satisfaction. We do our best to offer you clear and detailed color photos of all our products as well as give detailed descriptions of our products and therefore we feel you the customer knows exactly what you are purchasing and are not mislead in any way and thus that is the only reason you cannot return an item simply because of the "Don't Like It" reason. Please save yourself and us time and money by researching the items and being sure you want the item(s) before ordering.
If any item you order from us is damaged during shipping or is the wrong item ordered, simply email us for return instructions and an Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will do our best to fix any problems.
We try to inspect all items before they ship to prevent the shipment of defective items. In such a case of any piece of Armor, Display, Sword, Knife and/or other Weapon may be replaced for the following reasons and are separate from the previous policy:
Loose handle or blade, as they can be very dangerous to handle.
(Some sword and weapon handles may become loose because of specific construction and are non-returnable as they can be tightened. These are items that can be disassembled and will be noted in the descriptions. If you cannot tighten the handle to the point the blade moves please send it back for an exchange within the 30 days upon receipt).
Bent or chipped handles and/or blades.
(Slight paint chips or blemishes are not part of the guarantee but are still part of the initial inspection before shipment to the customer occurs).
We do reserve the right to refuse any and all returns or exchanges if we feel it necessary.
(This pertains mainly to suspicious reasons and/or used merchandise).
Any item accepted for return will be charged a 10% restocking fee minus shipping and handling fees.
There are absolutely NO sales to minors; customers must be of at least 18 years of age or older depending on their local laws. By placing an order, the customer states that he/she is of legal age and is purchasing the item(s) in accordance with Federal, State and Local laws. Customers also state that they will be using the item(s) in a lawful manner. Little Star Enterprises, Inc. assumes no liability associated with product usage or misusage. The customer is liable and responsible for any loss, damage or expenses of any kind arising out of the use and/or misuse of these products. Use and misuse of Martial Arts weapons may involve serious risks, including injury, disability, and possibly death. Armor Swords and weapons are sold only for collection and/or display purposes. Any training or use of these swords and/or weapons should be done for demonstration of forms and while under the close supervision of an expert. It is the customer or user's responsibility to inspect the Armor, Sword or Weapon before each use to ensure they are in proper condition. Do not use and Armor, Sword or Weapon for sparring or contact.
By placing an order, you the customer signify agreement to all of these Terms & Policies.
